The booking process
Planning is an essential part of each photoshoot! What style are you going for? Do you have any favorite articles of clothing you want to include in an outfit? Is there a part of Oregon that is your favorite? What's your favorite season and color? There's so many factors that go into each session!
This is why we find it important to have an in-person consultation before each photoshoot to help plan out the details of your shoot. We'll also have you fill out a small questionnaire to help us get to know you better!
Planning
The booking process
The big day is here! We know it can be nerve wracking to get your photo taken, but take deep breaths and know we're here for you.
We'll meet you at your location of choice at the time with the best lighting and begin taking photos. We'll help you with posing, but if you have poses in mind or any ideas at all let us hear them! We want your photos to show the real you so don't be afraid to let us know what you're thinking. Certain outfits will be best for different areas of your location so we'll bring a pop-up tent for you to change your clothes during the shoot.

Our editing process starts by sorting through all the photos from your session and bringing the best of the best ones into Lightroom & Photoshop for editing.
We hand edit all of our photos in our Adobe programs to make sure each photo lives up to our expectations & quality, which is why it can take 2-3 weeks for us to finish the editing process. We want to make sure at the end of our editing process you look like your natural, beautiful self.
Once finished, we'll let you know ASAP so we can host your gallery reveal. We know you're just as excited to see them as we are to show you!

We offer awesome collections to make the most of your portrait investment. Images and products can be bought a la carte or in packages. Both digital images and beautiful custom prints are available.
Complimentary social media files are included with any printed product purchased.

Please keep in mind that each image we edit is brought into both Lightroom & Photoshop where we hand edit them. That being said, we know how exciting this is and how much you're looking forward to seeing the end product! That's why we try to get all our customers their photos in a timely manner, but without the cost of any quality.
You can expect your images in about 2-3 weeks after your session where we'll do a gallery reveal and give you a thumb drive with a MP4 slideshow file to take home. This is also when you can pick out the printed and/or digital products you would like.
How long will it take to see my images?
To become a Senior Spokesmodel, you have to contact us to apply. The spokesmodel program entails free photoshoots, free products, and the chance to win prizes! We choose two spokesmodels a year and would love to hear from you and why you would like to be a spokesmodel for us.
We do require our spokesmodels to be fine with us posting them to our social media as well as our website. If this sounds like something you would be interested in let us know!
How do you become a spokesmodel?
We can accept PayPal, Venmo, checks, or cash.
We do ask that you pay the session fee at the time of your photoshoot so please bring a way to pay to your session.
At your gallery reveal is when you can place your product order.
