Senior year is exciting – and let’s be honest, it can also feel overwhelming. If you’re planning senior pictures in the Eugene Springfield area, you might be wondering where to start, what to wear, or how to feel comfortable in front of the camera. Our goal is simple: to make your senior experience easy, fun and confidence-boosting from start to finish.

After you contact us, we we’ll email you our Senior Inquiry Magazine so you can look through ti before we ever sit down together. It shares more about who we are and what our senior sessions include, so you can come to our meeting feeling informed and excited.
Then we invite you to meet us at a local coffer bar here in Eugene.
This is where everything really begins.
We listen.
We answer your questions.
We talk through any concerns.
We help you choose the best senior photo locations in Eugene.
We guide you through outfit ideas and styling.
You never have to figure this out alone.

Once your session is officially booked, we’ll send over our detailed Senior Style Guide to help you feel completely prepared. This guide walks you through everything from outfit inspiration to what to bring on session day – so nothing feels last minute or overwhelming.
One of the first things you will decide is whether you’d like to have your hair and make professionally done, doing it yourself or no makeup at all. While pro hair and make is never required, many seniors love how it gives them an extra boost of confidence in front of the camera.
On session day, we recommend bringing a small bag with:
• Bobby pins and hair ties
• Hair spray and a brush
• Lip gloss or chapstick
• Comfortable walking shoes
• A water bottle
• Any meaningful props or accessories
We’ll bring our cart and pop-up tent to make outfit changes easy and comfortable — because the little details matter.
But here’s something we always want our seniors to know:
You don’t have to know how to pose.
You don’t have to practice in the mirror.
You don’t have to worry about “looking perfect.”
We will guide you the entire time.
From where to put your hands to how to stand, sit, laugh, and move — we give simple direction so you never feel awkward or unsure. Our job isn’t just to take beautiful senior photos in Eugene… it’s to help you feel like the best version of yourself while we do it.

This is the fun part – your day.
Your senior session is never rushed and never treated like “just another appointment.” It is designed to be relaxed, personalized, and completely centered around you.
We begin your session about 2-3 hours before sunset so we can capture that soft, golden light that makes senior photos in the Willamette Valley feel warm and timeless. The lighting alone makes such a difference – and we plan carefully so you get the very best of it.
You can choose one location or two, depending on the look you’re going for. Some seniors love a natural setting – open fields, water, or quiet scenic spots around Eugene. Some want something more urban – downtown, college campus, an old town feel, or even a parking garage for a modern vibe. Other seniors want to do both so they get a big variety of pictures.
If we ever feel rushed trying to fit everything in, we’re flexible and can divide your session into two days so you never feel hurried or stressed.
And yes — we bring flowers for our girls. It’s a small touch, but it adds something special and makes the experience feel thoughtful and intentional.
During the session, we guide you through everything. We’ll help you pose naturally, give simple direction, and create movement so nothing feels stiff or awkward. We laugh. We explore. We adjust. We celebrate who you are in this season.
Many of our favorite locations involve a good amount of walking, so this is why bring those comfy shoes is so important — you will have plenty of time to change once we get to the perfect spot.
At the end of the day, this session isn’t just about beautiful images. It’s about creating a memory. It’s about marking a milestone. And it’s about helping you feel confident and seen.

About 2–3 weeks after your senior session, your images will be ready.
You’ll receive a private online gallery link so you can view your senior photos in the comfort of your own home. From there, you can immediately download your high-resolution digital images to share with family and friends — they’re yours to keep.
If you’d prefer a more guided experience, you’re also welcome to schedule a gallery viewing at our studio. There, you’ll see your images displayed on our professionally calibrated monitors so every color and detail is exactly as it was meant to be seen.
No matter which option you choose, you’ll have access to order professional prints and products directly through us. We use trusted professional print labs that produce museum-quality artwork on archival papers designed to last for generations.
Because these images aren’t just for social media.
They’re for graduation announcements.
For frames on your parents’ walls.
For albums you’ll look back on years from now.
This season deserves to be preserved beautifully.
If you’re looking for a senior photography experience that feels organized, fun, and completely centered around you, KLS Photography would love to serve you.

Classic, beautiful and sweet is how we would describe Emily. Emily is one of the sweetest young ladies we have met. We loved getting to know her during the time we spent with her. After graduating from high school, she is going to college to become a nurse. We just know she is going to be the absolute best and most caring nurse!
Emily chose to divide her senior session into two locations over two days....
